Louis: “I want Danielle to meet Freddie”

ouis Tomlinson L proudly Tweeted the news that he had finally become a dad last week, but sources say the new arrival is already causing increased tension in his love life.

Three days after The One Direction star’s ex Briana Jungwirth gave birth to their son Freddie, Louis was snapped barefoot carrying his son in a car seat outside Briana’s new home in Calabasas, California.

Stylist Briana, 23, fell pregnant after a fling with Louis, 24, last year and despite deciding not to stay in a relationship,the pair have remained close.

But sources say Louis is now keen for his new girlfriend, US actress Danielle Campbell, to meet his son – and the situation is causing tension with ex Briana.

A source says: “Louis really wants Danielle to meet Freddie soon – but Briana is uncomfortable about the whole thing and has said she isn’t ready for Danielle to play a role in his son’s life yet.

“Danielle is feeling frozen out by the situation and Louis is trying to keep the peace with everyone. Things are quite tense.”

It’s been reported that Louis is paying around £10k a month in childcare support for his son – but that some of Briana’s family felt the figure was not enough.

A source says: “Louis is really upset about the tension with Briana’s family, but he doesn’t

want to back down about Danielle meeting Freddie soon. He and Danielle are becoming close and he would like her to be a part of his son’s life.

“But Briana has said it’s too much too soon. It’s all a bit complicated at the moment but Louis is hoping that given time things will settle down.”

The insider adds: “Louis is planning to base himself in LA to spend as much time with Freddie as possible – then after that try to base himself in the States for at least six months of the year. He wants to be a hand-on dad.”
