er pal Jordan gushed H about having made up with her ex-husband Peter Andre last year and now insiders say Lauren Goodger wants to bury the hatchet with her ex Mark Wright too.

Mark, who married Michelle Keegan last May, was in an on/off relationship with Lauren for 10 years before splitting in 2011, amid claims Lauren had cheated on him – which she denied.

BITTER BREAK-UP

After the split former TOWIE star Lauren, 29, claimed Mark constantly made digs about her weight while they were together, as well as banning her from clubbing with him and insisting on ordering for her in restaurants. She also claimed he was a “serial love cheat.”

Since then, the pair have engaged in a war of words, bu t now insiders say L auren is using Jordan – w ho h ad been locked in a bitter battle with ex Peter since their divorce in 2009 – as her inspiration.

A source reveals: “Lauren says she’s looked at how Jordan is now on amicable terms with Pete and realised she wants to at least be civil with Mark. Lauren says it would be lovely to see Mark on good terms, and even work with him in the future.”

Since Mark, 29, first started dating Michelle in 2012, he and Lauren have been embroiled in countless spats.

Last June, Lauren hit the headlines for posting a message seemingly directed at Mark on the eve of his wedding, later writing in her magazine column that she felt sorry for the newl y weds because “no one wants their ex mentioned on their wedding day.” Mark hit back at the reality star for talking about him publicly, branding her “disrespectful” and begging her to “stop talking about him and his wife.”

LEGAL ACTION

Insiders say that Mark, who reportedly instructed lawyers to gag Lauren before her stint in CBB in September 2014, isn’t keen on a renewed friendship.

A source says: “Mark has little interest in being on good terms with Lauren. He says ‘an ex is an ex for a reason’ and he thinks it’s disrespectful to Michelle if they become friends.”

But sources say Lauren hasn’t been put off by Mark’s lack of enthusiasm to make amends, and even has the support of on/ off boyfriend Jake Mclean.

An insider adds: “Jake tells Lauren to be the bigger person and he hopes they can be friends one day. Lauren knows there are lots of nasty things that have been said, but she is determined to put things right and move on in a positive way.”
