ÔCBB was a trauma!’ THIS WEEK...

I LOVE:

-

I might have been the second person to be evicted from CBB – which has just finished – but in the time that I was in there, I grew really fond of some of the housemates. I really liked Tiffany Pollard, Darren Day and Scotty T. I felt that some of the younger lot were acting up for the camera and working too hard to be liked, but Scotty T just enjoys life and is charming at the same time. I can see why he’s so popular with women and why Tiffany was attracted to him! If he behaves in the way that he did in the house now the show’s over, he will have a great career ahead of him.

I still don’t think it was cool for Kristina Rihanoff to announce her pregnancy [with partner Ben Cohen] in the house. It is a very personal subject and it’s something that I would never do. Kristina did irritate me sometimes in the way that she was quite controlled and she could be like a robot. I really tried not to get irritated in the house, but it was hard!

I found the noise levels difficult to handle and, when the youngest housemates would scream, it went straight through me. When I was in the house, I really missed not being able to speak to my parents on the phone. Although I was relieved to leave the house when I did, I really do miss my chats with Big Brother – I felt that I could really open up. I was one of the biggest stars in there and I tried to get on with everyone. The people in there were from all different walks of life but it’s an experiment and you don’t know how you’ll cope. It was a bit of a trauma to be out of my comfort zone, but I found out that I can adjust to new surroundings. David Gest was so funny and really kept me going.

last words have ever been ‘I wish I’d worked more.’ Sometimes it’s OK to not be in control of your destiny and just relax.”

Tamzin credits hot yoga for keeping her stress-free and slim, but likes to team up with friends for workouts.

“I’m not very good at exercising on my own,” she says. “I run with Nicole and Natalie on Hampstead Heath. They go most mornings and are really good. It’s healthy competition when I run with the girls as they spur me on.”
