KERRY: ‘I’m loving all the attention!’

he’s notoriously S unlucky in love, having clocked up three failed marriages, but as Kerry Katona moves on from the heartache of her split from George Kay in October – following his arrest for allegedly assaulting her – insiders reveal she’s now preparing to return to the dating world.

Kerry, 35, recently told Closer she still wants a “fairytale ending,” and last week she opened up about her love life on Loose Women with new host and long-time pal Jordan, who told viewers: “[Kerry] has a very high sex drive. I don’t want any guys out there thinking just because she has five kids that she doesn’t!”

And insiders have told Closer that Kerry is now relishing the attention from new admirers and that two in particular have caught her eye.

A source says: “Kerry feels incredibly lonely and isn’t used to being on her own. She’s been speaking to and messaging a few guys. One works in finance and another is a joiner – Kerry is quite taken with him. And while she’s not planning on taking it beyond the banter stage for the time being, she’s having fun.

“She has really loved all the attention she’s been getting.”

This year Kerry – who’s mum to Molly, 14, Lilly-sue, 13, Heidi, eight, Max, seven, and Dylan-jorge, 22 months – has been focusing on a new business venture, launching her own fitness brand and working closely with her personal trainer Peter Howe.

Pals say she’s on a mission to boost her confidence, and having men pay her compliments is also helping.

A source says: “Kerry’s confidence took a real knock but she’s finally feeling like she’s getting back to her old self. She feels like she let herself go when she was with George – she wants to be sexy and desirable again.

“She underwent a makeover and tried out long blonde hair extensions and lipstick. She feels that if she looks and feels good about herself she’s going to attract a better type of man.”
