Charlotte: “I’m off men – I’m going to be single for a long time!”

‘They’re putting in work daily, like writing love letters’

he suffered through a rollercoaster S five years with Geordie Shore co-star Gary “Gaz” Beadle – now Charlotte Crosby tells Closer she’s taking a break from men and is determinedly single.

Charlotte and Gaz, 27, raised eyebrows when they were pictured kissing on a night out in December – shortly after Gary had split from his girlfriend of one year – and admitted to having spent time together over Christmas. But Charlotte later branded it a “fling” despite them kissing last week while celebrating the new series of Geordie Shore .

Charlotte, 25, tells Closer : “Gaz and I just didn’t feel right, and as soon as you get that feeling you’ve got no option but to cool things off. The two of us will always have a bond that no one else can come close to because we’ve spent years growing up together living the crazy Geordie Shore life.

STAYING SINGLE

“I’m not speaking to any blokes at the moment, though. I’m off men and think I’m going to be single for quite a long time. I’m enjoying doing my own thing.”

Charlotte has been making the most of her single life since splitting from her on/ off boyfriend Mitch Jenkins last August, and being pictured kissing Love Island winner Max Morley on a string of nights out towards the end of last year. Max moved on in December after a Snapchat video emerged of Charlotte snogging Gaz.

After famously shedding 2∂st in three months and unveiling her new size 8 figure last January, Charlotte confides that she finally has the confidence to go out and meet new people. She reveals: “When I was a lot bigger, I never went to parties. The only time I’d go out was if it was for Geordie Shore . I used to feel tired all the time. ”

Last month, Charlotte took her transformation to the next level when she had a nose job. It’s the latest procedure in £20,000 worth of work she’s had done, including Botox and lip fillers.

THE NEW ME

Charlotte says: “I feel like a weight’s been lifted off my shoulders. All the worries I used to have haven’t entered my head once. When I looked in the mirror [after the op], I felt like it was a different person staring back, because it has changed my face a little bit. But I loved it. My old nose was awful.”

Charlotte – who’s just bought her first home, a £1m five-bedroom mansion, minutes away from her parents in Sunderland – reveals she’s taken over 200 selfies since the op. She doesn’t want any more surgery, but still feels her appearance is under scrutiny, saying: “Everyone is always nitpicking stuff about you.”

Now Charlotte – who’s just released her second workout DVD – says exercise is her escape if she feels stressed. She reveals: “Getting fitter changes you mentally. Now I’m up by 8am. I work out four times a week, and it’s still nice when people say how great I look. That’s the best incentive for me to carry on.”

“When I posted this, it got a mixed reaction. It seemed to shock everyone except me. You can’t see any actual ‘lady parts’ so I don’t see what the big deal is. I’ve worked hard for my body and I’m happy to show it off.”

She put in a powerful performance at the Superbowl last week while her husband Jay Z and their daughter Blue Ivy, four, watched from the sidelines. And if that wasn’t enough, Beyoncé, 34, also announced a world tour after surprising fans with the release of her new single, Formation .

The singer’s triumph comes after a tough few years during which she’s faced intense scrutiny over her 15-year relationship with Jay Z. But pals say Beyoncé is now in the best possible place after her close friend Gwyneth Paltrow Ð who split from Coldplay singer Chris Martin in 2014 Ð helped get her marriage back on track.

FEELING UNITED

A source says: Òit’s been a rough couple of years for Bey, and there have been times when she’s wondered if she might be better off on her own. But now she looks back and feels invigorated that she and Jay are still together. She’s fought hard and feels stronger and happier than ever.ó

The power couple have been rocked by rumours in the past, with reports they split for a year in 2005 after speculation that Jay Z, 46, had an affair with Rihanna Ð which he has strongly denied. And in May 2014, shocking

COUPLES’ THERAPY

But along with Beyoncé’s mum, Tina, pals say Gwyneth convinced Bey to try marriage counselling and insiders say it’s completely transformed her relationship with Jay Z.

A source says: Òtina and Gwyneth have both experienced divorce in the past few years. They told Beyoncé it should only be an absolute last resort. Gwyneth knows several amazing therapists, so Beyoncé and Jay Z went to see one last month in New York. It was brilliant and they learned better ways to communicate and how to be more considerate on a day-to-day basis.

Òthey’ve divorce-proofed their marriage by promising each other that they’ve committed to each other for life and by putting in work every day, like leaving love letters for each other to find later on.

Òthey talk through any subjects that could lead to potential arguments while going for a hike Ð that way, by the time they’re home, it’s forgotten.ó even been discussing having baby number two.

A source says: Òafter having Blue Ivy, the relationship came second, but now they do regular date nights and Jay Z tells Beyoncé how much he loves her and how sexy he finds her every day. They want to have more kids, and it wouldn’t be a surprise if it happened sooner rather than later.ó
