After revealing she’s gone under the knife again, pals fear Jordan is turning to surgery to fill a void in her life
he’s spoken S openly about her countless cosmetic procedures in the past and last week Jordan claimed she’d had her ninth breast op, announcing on Twitter: “Wooo finally I’m healed happy have amazing boobs [sic].”
But pals say the 38-year-old – who has previously admitted to having liposuction, Botox and lip fillers – has actually had an additional two procedures on her boobs, bringing the total to 11 ops on her breasts alone.
Insiders say Jordan – real name Katie Price and mum to Harvey, 13, Junior, 11, Princess, eight, Jett, two, and Bunny, 22 months – is verging on obsessive and they fear her quest for physical perfection will never stop.
A source says: “Katie has just had a reduction from a 32E to a 32C – the op she had last year was botched and she felt one breast looked completely different to the other and she was also in pain.”
SECRET SURGERY
The pal adds: “She’s now had a total of 11 ops on her breasts – there were two additional procedures to the ones she’s spoken about, which were more minor surgeries that she kept secret. She’d become obsessed with thinking her boobs looked deformed and saggy and it really made her feel down, so she had another operation recently and decided to go smaller.
“But every time she has a new procedure it takes her longer to recover from it than before. Her body has been through a lot with the sheer number of ops she’s had. Friends are worried Katie is risking serious complications if she carries on having surgery.”
BOTCHED BOOBS
Within hours of winning Celebrity Big Brother last year, Jordan had to have emergency surgery to repair a breast reduction she’d had a few months earlier. During the show she revealed she was left with a hole in her breast, admitting: “I could pierce my finger through it, it was paper thin.”
As Closer previously reported, Jordan – who was a 32G cup in her modelling heyday – has been battling crippling insecurities that her pin-up days may be coming to an end. Pals say she’s terrified of turning 40 and is shifting her focus to her looks in a bid to stay in the spotlight.
A source says: “Katie always argues that she’s not overdoing it and it’s her body and her choice. She is so critical of her figure all the time and she’s obsessed with every negative comment online about her image, especially since she’s had a regular slot on Loose Women. She constantly looks back at pictures of when she was younger and compares herself. She’s also paranoid about the lines around her mouth and eyes – she has talked about having a facelift in the future if she feels the regular Botox isn’t working well enough.”
Insiders say her insecurity has taken a toll on her marriage to third husband Kieran Hayler and he’s begged her to stop, fearing she’s addicted.
‘Stop Katie pulling stunts at your expense’
hey famously T reached a truce last December after a bitter battle that raged on for six years, and as further proof they are friends once again, last week Jordan shared a picture on Instagram of her posing next to a Peter Andre waxwork.
She captioned the photo “Reunited” as she posed with their children Junior and Princess. But pals say it hit a nerve with Pete’s wife Emily Macdonagh – who is pregnant with their second child.
A pal says: “Katie’s desperate to show people she and Pete are closer now and thought it was a way of reflecting that – especially as Pete isn’t keen to be pictured with her yet. But Emily can’t help but feel Katie isn’t respecting their relationship when she constantly reminds people she used to be married to Pete. It’s almost like it undermines her.
“Emily’s asked Pete to tell Katie to stop pulling stunts at his expense. Pete agreed that he’ll try to reason with her.”
