A source says: “Kieran hates all the surgery and is worried she could end up doing serious damage. Each time she goes under the knife it puts her loved-ones through the mill and it hurts them to see how much pain she’s in after these operations – it takes a toll.

“Kieran goes as far as saying she could be risking her life if she gets an infection or a bad reaction. Despite his protests, she says she’s only ‘trialling’ her smaller breasts and hasn’t ruled out going bigger again if she doesn’t like them.”

Last month Jordan’s ex-husband, Peter Andre, announced he was expecting his second child with his 26-yearold wife, Emily Macdonagh. Pals say Jordan would love a sixth child and they fear her sadness over not conceiving has resulted in turning her attention to changing her body instead.

A source says: “Not having a baby when Emily is pregnant has definitely been a factor in pushing her towards this latest surgery. Katie’s feeling really sad about it, she’d absolutely love another baby, but she heals her emotional problems by turning to surgery. She’s always done that during unhappy times in her life. The constant ops always seem to peak when Katie feels she is missing something in her life.”

Jordan – who suffered a blow to her self-esteem when she discovered Kieran had been unfaithful with two of her friends in 2014 – has always been famed for her enhanced boobs. And after having to have her implants removed in February 2015, returning to a natural 32B, following her botched surgery before entering the CBB house, it seemed her surgery days were over.

But last summer she sparked speculation she’d done a U-turn when she headed out with a much larger chest, with top surgeon Mark Ho-asjoe telling Closer he believed she was an E cup. And pals fear her constant change in cup sizes is showing no signs of stopping.

A pal says: “Katie is defiant and says she’ll keep having surgery because it’s the only way she can cope with the crippling insecurities she suffers over her body and looks. She also wants to try out ‘glute shaping’ to give her a more pert and fuller bum. She gets over one procedure then starts thinking about the next. Doctors have warned her to slow down, but she is very stubborn and says her body is her career and she has to maintain it.”
