‘I work out for two hours every morning’
i wake up early with my girlfriend Becky and we eat breakfast together. She’ll have Coco Pops, but I eat a pre-workout breakfast of scrambled eggs and prawns. i’ll head to the gym at 8am. I do an hour’s worth of cardio – usually on the running machine – then an hour of weights. I’m training for a charity rowing challenge, so I’m working hard. after the gym, i head to my sister giovanna’s house. I love hanging out with my nephews [Buzz, two, and Buddy, 11 months, her children with Mcfly’s Tom Fletcher]. Buzz loves my Range Rover so we’ll sit in it for an hour dancing to Mcfly and pressing buttons. The ignition will be off so it’s freezing, but he loves it. i have a work studio, where I used to do my tailoring work before TOWIE, so I usually pop in there for a few hours. I’m getting back into it and I love it. i’ve Become Boring and prefer staying in rather than clubbing. Becky gets in at around 8pm, so I make dinner. She’s blessed with a good body so she’ll tuck into pie and mash. I’m not so lucky, so I’ll eat chicken and rice. if i watch a Box set on netflix, I won’t move for days – I didn’t leave my house for four days when I started watching Breaking Bad – so we tend to watch a film. l head to bed by 10.15pm. l Mario’s supporting Cancer Research UK’S The Great Row.
