To cut calories and fat, cook smaller steaks (or just have one), opt for light mozzarella and add more salad vegetables. You could also replace the steak with a chicken breast or fish such as salmon, tuna or a chunky piece of cod. The salad works well alone, too – cut the tomatoes into chunks then add diced avocado, cucumber chunks, olives and rocket to make it more filling.
