‘Desperate’ Jordan overhauls her body to save her marriage

Pals say the surgery-obsessed star went to extreme measures to look her best for her toyboy husband

- By Katherine Romero

Soaking up the S sunshine in the Maldives with husband Kieran Hayler and her five children last week, Jordan couldn’t resist flaunting her bikini body – even striding into the surf topless for all to see.

And Closer can reveal that the surgery-obsessed star – who’s notorious for spending an estimated £100,000 on past procedures, including 11 boob jobs, a nose job, teeth veneers, liposuction, Botox and lip fillers – went to extreme lengths in a bid to look her sexiest ever for the holiday, splashing out £20,000 on treatments.

SURGERY SPREE

And pals say Jordan – real name Katie Price – went on her surgery shopping spree in a mission to put the spark back into her marriage and boost her self-esteem, after Kieran cheated on her in 2014 with her two best friends. A source reveals: “Katie didn’t care how much she spent on treatments before her holiday – she was determined to be as sexy as possible. She doesn’t

bother much with the gym and says if it’s something she can get done by a surgeon, she’ll do it.

“She is still damaged by Kieran’s affairs as the way she sees it is that he didn’t fancy her enough. So having Kieran lust after her is something she is desperate to achieve. She craves hearing from him that she is so much more attractive than her friends.

“Their sex life has lost its spark recently. But she loves him and wants to save their marriage, which is why she had the treatments in a bid to get them back on track. Apparently it worked, and she told pals they were at it like rabbits!”

However, Kieran is said to be disappointed that Jordan, 38, is turning to surgery to solve her body woes. Sources say Kieran – who was devoted to fitness when they first started dating in 2013 – has been encouraging her to overhaul her body with exercise instead.

The source says: “Katie has always been a yo-yo dieter. She’ll gorge on junk food until she’s bloated and full, and then she’ll barely eat anything. Kieran thinks she needs to start exercising more to feel better about herself, instead of crash- dieting or having surgery.”

ONLINE BACKLASH

Meanwhile, Jordan sparked debate among fans after she shared a photo of her nineyear-old daughter Princess striking a model pose in a kaftan on holiday – with one user writing: “Beautiful girl but far too suggestive for a child. This is too much!”

Fans then accused Jordan of digitally altering her holiday bikini shots to make her legs appear longer, with one fan writing: “You have the longest calf muscles known to mankind Katie #badphotoshop.”

And topless photos of the star on the beach also faced a wave of criticism, with one user writing: “She looks like a mess.”

The source adds: “Katie tried to insist the negative comments were just from hateful trolls, but it left her mortified and feeds into her insecurities. She thinks her body is being ridiculed because she’s nearing 40 and is ‘past it.’”

NEW REALITY SHOW

Last month, Jordan revealed she was filming for a new reality show. But pals say that after their holiday in the Maldives, she’s obsessing over how she comes across on camera.

Last month, eyewitnesses revealed how Jordan played up to an audience during Kieran’s 30th birthday bash, only showing affection for him when the cameras were rolling.

A source says: “Kieran struggled to relax in the Maldives with the camera crew constantly filming them and preferred to play with the kids while Katie filmed scenes.

“But Katie knows she needs to look amazing for her – and the show – to be talked about.”
