JUSTIN WARNS JEN: ‘Cool it with Brad’
Five months after F he announced his split from Angelina Jolie last September, insiders told Closer how Brad Pitt had a heart-toheart with his ex-wife Jennifer Aniston’s best pal Courteney Cox, who assured him Jen didn’t hold any grudges.

And now as Brad, 53, goes through the motions of divorce, insiders say he’s reached out for friendly support from Jennifer, 48 – who he famously split with in 2005 when he allegedly left her for Angelina. But it has upset her husband, Justin Theroux.
A source says: “Brad isn’t in the best place. He’s spoken to several old friends and has called and messaged Jen. He doesn’t have a lot of people he can talk to about his personal life.
“Jen told Brad he needs to do whatever it takes to look perfect in his custody battle. Jen advised him to just take a deep breath and not do anything drastic.”
FEELING ANNOYED
Jen’s husband Justin, 45, is still close to his ex- of-14 years, costume designer Heidi Bivens – who he reportedly left for Jen. But friends say, while he trusts Jen, he wants the conversations to cool down.
A source says: “Up until now, Justin has been OK with them occasionally chatting as he’s still in touch with his ex. But now he’s getting annoyed and has asked his wife to cool it with Brad.”
Brad, who was recently linked to Kate Hudson and Sienna Miller, has been dogged by rumours that the stress of the custody battle is affecting him. This comes after photos emerged showing his drastic weight loss.
In February, Brad reportedly joined Angelina, 41, and their six children on a trip to Cambodia and, as Closer reported, the pair are speaking again.
A source says: “Jennifer reassured Justin she would call and message Brad less as Justin is her priority.”
