Denise Van Outen ‘Icutoutboozetoloseweight’

She looked incredible as she soaked up the sunshine in Dubai in a two-piece, and Denise Van Outen has said she’s more confident than ever. The presenter, 44 – who’s mum to Betsy, eight – said, “I don’t worry too much what people think any more. In my 20s I used to eat all the things you shouldn’t eat. Now I have Betsy, I want to set an example. I just cut out booze to lose weight.” Asked about her top diet tip, she added, “I love jacket potatoes. But I have them for lunch so I can burn them off in the afternoon.”

amanda Holden ‘I can’t diet, but I like to run’

She looks far younger than her 47 years, but Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden insists she doesn’t diet to achieve her figure. The mum of two – who has daughters Lexi, 12, and Hollie, six – recently said, “You have to enjoy life. I eat everything. Drink everything. I had a friend once who didn’t make it to her 50s and her biggest regret was she spent her life on a diet. I don’t diet. I can’t stand gyms, but I like to run for an hour a week as I feel great afterwards.”

Mel sykes ‘20-minuteworkoutsarekey’

Not afraid to flaunt her amazing bikini body, Mel Sykes, 47, insists she works hard to achieve her washboard abs. The mum of two – who has sons Roman, 16, and Valentino, 13 – hits the gym five times a week, but only does 20 minutes of high-intensity exercise each session. Opening up about her ripped physique, the TV presenter explained, “I keep fit for myself. It’s about my life and how I feel naked. It made the transition into my 40s a lot easier.”
