hey are famed T for their hourglass figures, but Kim Kardashian and sister Kylie Jenner sparked shock among fans when they were spotted in LA last week.

SURGERY DENIAL

Dressed in skintight leggings and matching tops, the sisters’ curves looked more dramatic than ever, with one fan posting online, “They look like a pair of centaurs [a mythical creature with a human torso and lower body of a horse]!”

One said, “Pencil thin legs and huge fake basketballs for a butt... They look like caricatures of women.” And another added, “They look like aliens.”

The sisters have remained tight-lipped about surgery, with Kylie, 20, only admitting to lip fillers. On Keeping Up With The Kardashians in 2015, she said, “I have temporary lip fillers and it’s just an insecurity of mine.”

She has also denied rumours of having a boob job, and said her larger breasts were due to her weight gain. On her website, she wrote “No, people – I haven’t gotten breast implants! I’ve gained 15 pounds and my body has changed; I’ve definitely filled out.”

Meanwhile, Kim, 37, has long denied having bum implants. She even submitted to an X-ray in Season 6 of

to silence the critics. In 2016, she admitted to having injections in her bottom, but insisted they were cortisone shots to treat her psoriasis.

ABNORMAL SHAPE

But surgeon Mark Ho-asjoe believes they have turned to extreme measures to achieve their “abnormal” proportions.

He says, “Both of them now have an abnormal shape. It’s not a natural hourglass build. They’ve both clearly had fat removed from their stomachs with liposuction and had it injected into their bottoms. The risk of this procedure can be infection or even blood clotting – which can be fatal. And I’m sure having such a large bottom with such a small frame could also lead to back pain.”
