I’VE BEEN OUT IN ITALY FILMING FOR MY NEW SHOW True Love Or True Lies?, which has been incredible, but has really shaken up my routine. I film late, so I’ve been having lie-ins and getting up at 10am recently, which has been lovely! FOR BREAKFAST, I ALWAYS MIX IT UP. I’m currently loving toast with sliced banana. out together I put on some music and dance around my room while holding weights for a few tracks. THEN I’LL PREPARE FOR THE DAY AHEAD. The show is about couples living in a villa, and some couples are real and others are fake. I’m the host, so in the day I’ll catch up with what’s going on with the couples. For lunch, I’ll grab something on the go, like a ham and cheese sandwich. BY 3PM I’LL GET ALL GLAMMED UP WITH MY HAIR AND MAKEUP TEAM FOR FILMING. I’ll actually go into the villa and host the eliminations, where a couple leaves. I usually won’t be done working until around 10pm. FOR DINNER, I LOVE A BURGER. I’ll usually have one after we’ve finished filming. Then I’ll wind down and go to bed between 11pm and 2am. When I’m at home, I love watching TV with my boyfriend [rapper Stormzy] – but I’m a night owl, so I go to bed around 1am. True Love Or True Lies? premieres Monday 6 August, 9pm on MTV
