‘IT’S SEXY TIME!’

I wasn’t surprised to read that over50s are having the best sex of their lives. A study shows that 32 per cent are having more and better sex than ever before. I agree! I think it’s true, from what I hear from my 50-something friends. In my experience, there are a lot of women who, in their 50s, want something more: more sex and new adventures. Maybe they’ve got divorced, or they don’t have to look after children any more, and they’re able to focus on themselves for the first time in years. It’s an interesting, amazing time for a lot of women. There is also a greater inner confidence that comes with age, and from really knowing yourself – what you like and want – and that can translate in to the bedroom. Women in their 50s are older and wiser, and we’ve picked up a few tricks along the way!
