‘she’s stabbed me in the back so many times’

-

She’s been the target of Kerry’s drunken rants before, but Natasha Hamilton told Closer that while she has always supported her former bandmate, she’s now taken a step back.

Natasha, 36, and Kerry, 38, rose to fame in ’90s girl group Atomic Kitten, along with Liz Mcclarnon. They went on tour and released hit singles, before Kerry left the group in 2001. Atomic Kitten reformed in 2012 and have since embarked on reunion tours. But there were rumours of a falling-out last December, with Natasha shocked and hurt after Kerry called her a “toxic c**t” – and Kerry left the group once more.

In January, Natasha told Closer that she was fed-up with Kerry’s backstabbing, especially as she says she’d always been there for her. She said, “I’ve always supported Kerry, always had her back really. With all the things she’s gone through with her life, like the break-ups, I’ve said come and stay with me and I’ll look after your kids… I think it’s a shame when that kind of level of respect isn’t reciprocated. There are two sides to every story, but I just don’t want the drama in my life any more. It’s easy to be playing the victim, but at the end of the day I’ve been stabbed in the back so many times within in a short space of time by her.”
