Daniel Craig proved he’s intent on juggling fatherhood with a high-flying Hollywood career after he was pictured on a solo outing with his one-month-old baby girl in New York last week. The James Bond actor, 50, showed that he’s a hands-on dad as he carried his daughter – with wife, actress

Rachel Weisz, 48 – around the city in a front-facing baby carrier, often known as a papoose. Both stars have children from previous relationships, but this is their first child together since tying the knot in 2011.

Although the picture delighted fans, notoriously controversial presenter Piers Morgan slammed Daniel for choosing to use a baby sling, Tweeting, “Oh, 007... not you as well? #papoose #emasculatedbond.”

He added, “Why couldn’t he use his arms like every other generation of dads? James Bond would never use a papoose to carry his babies.”

Piers’ comments sparked a backlash from angry dads on Twitter – with Hollywood actor Chris Evans, 37, hitting back, saying, “You really have to be so uncertain of your own masculinity to concern yourself with how another man carries his child. Any man who wastes time quantifying masculinity is terrified on the inside.”
