‘I want to be a glam-ma’
There are many labels former “It” girl Tamara Beckwith has been given over the years, but “grandmother” wasn’t one she felt particularly comfortable with. The 48-year-old socialite became a grandmother in August, when her daughter Anouska, 31 – whom she gave birth to when she was just 16 – welcomed daughter Luna.
Tamara said, “I don’t want to be the granny you’re a bit scared to visit. I hope to be the glamma, who plays and has fun.”
The star spent the majority of Anouska’s childhood partying, but has calmed down in recent years since having younger daughter Violet, nine, and son Vero, four.
