MY TYPICAL DAY:

‘There’s no way I’m doing Dry January!’

I’VE HAD INSOMNIA SINCE I WAS A

KID – so I run on three or four hours’ sleep a night. I’ll get up 6am, shower, then head downstairs to have a coffee. I can’t talk to anyone until I’ve had a coffee. I’ll then make porridge for breakfast and get ready for the day.

I TAKE MY TWO DOGS, ERIC AND PEGGY, OUT FOR A WALK in a park near where I live. Peggy steams on ahead, but Eric is a bit of a lump, so I have to drag him round. I’ll then head into my office.

I RUN MY OWN CLOTHING LINE – so my mornings are spent doing admin for that. I love my work and I take the dogs into the office. I’m vegetarian and I don’t eat much for lunch – I just pick at things. I usually have a beer or glass of wine, though. I like a drink – there’s no way in hell I’m doing Dry January! MY AFTERNOONS ARE MOSTLY SPENT IN THE BACK OF A CAR. I’m currently filming for Celebs Go Dating, so I’ll be filming around the UK. I’ve been on a lot of dates recently and it’s been very interesting. I think this is going to be the best series yet!

I’M REALLY BORING IF I HAVE AN EVENING OFF. I go home, shower and put on my joggers. I’ll then cook dinner, which will be something Asian like stir-fry with loads of veg, light a candle and have a bottle of wine. That’s the perfect night for me – no wonder I’m single! I’ll then watch something on Netflix before falling asleep at 1am or 2am.
