‘BEHIND CLOSED DOORS, I LIVE IN LOUNGEWEAR!’

MORNING 7.30AM: My children decide what time my day starts, so I’ll wake up whenever they do. I feed Mia [six months] and make scrambled eggs for Ella [three], then I’ll have a protein shake. 8AM: I’m not great at planning, so I just grab and go when it comes to getting dressed. Because I do the school run with Ella, I need to look presentable but also feel comfortable, so I’ll wear something simple like a T-shirt and jeans or a wrap dress with trainers. I like Topshop and H&M, and online shopping, too. 9.30AM: Although I miss the Eastenders cast, I’m enjoying having time off. Most of my day is spent catching up with family and friends. It’s hard work, but I keep the kids occupied by making crafts and visiting the park. 11AM: I try to exercise at least twice a week. We have a gym in our home, so my husband Dan [Osborne, 27, a reality star and personal trainer] works out while I watch the kids, and then we’ll switch. Being a mum, I’m constantly on my feet, so I never feel too guilty if I don’t get time to exercise.

AFTERNOON 12PM: I keep my lunch light, so will have either a tuna salad or Ryvita with peanut butter and banana. It sounds disgusting, but it’s actually really nice. 3PM: Behind closed doors, I live in cosy loungewear from Boux Avenue. I love a silky cami and shorts combo, I think they are really sexy without looking too “try-hard”. 5PM: Because of the kids, we eat quite early. I’m the chef of the house, but Dan supposedly learned how to cook while he was in the Big Brother house, although I’m yet to see evidence of this! I cook things the kids like, usually fajitas or chicken curry, so that we can eat together as a family.

EVENING 6PM: I rarely go out, but if I do I’ll wear a dress and heels. I like to get my hair and make-up done, too – it’s nice to feel glamorous. 6.30PM: I don’t wear a lot of make-up, but I do follow a strict evening beauty routine. I use Garnier Micellar Water, before applying the Clarins facial oil. It’s so good, even Dan uses it! 7.30PM: Having two kids to put to bed means I don’t have time to watch the soaps, but I’ll definitely tune in for Eastenders when I can. After I’ve put the girls to bed, I’ll have some “me time” by running a bath with loads of bubbles and scented candles. 9PM: Although I get tired, I try to stay up in the evenings to spend time with Dan – if I didn’t, we’d never get to see each other. Currently, we’re watching The Good Place on Netflix, which is really funny. We head to bed around 11.30pm.
