he confirmed she was expecting her fourth child last week, debuting her blossoming baby bump in a white sarong bikini.

And friends say 32-year-old model Abbey Clancy – who has children Sophia, seven, Liberty, three, and one-year- old Johnny with footballer husband Peter Crouch, 37 – is intent on keeping up her healthy fitness regime for the remainder of her pregnancy.

A source says, “Abbey loves to work out and eat healthily, which she struggled with when she was expecting Johnny because she felt so nauseous.

“While she was quite sick in the early stages this time, she’s feeling much better now and has resumed her daily workout routine – going on long walks, and keeping toned with Yoga and reformer Pilates.

“She drinks a green juice every morning when she’s pregnant and she loads up on carbs to keep her nausea at bay. She’ll have toast or granola for breakfast, a sandwich and salad for lunch and a jacket potato for dinner. She eats lots of fruit and veggies too, and always has healthy snacks with her, like tangerines, nuts and dried fruit.”

Abbey has undergone a dramatic transformation since first shooting to fame as the pretty girl next door on Britain’s Next Top Model at just 20 years old. At the time, she frequented red carpets and glitzy showbiz parties and was famed for her typical WAGlike looks with her long blonde hair extensions and perma-tan.

Insiders say Abbey’s dedicated to her diet and fitness as well as beauty treatments costing £3,000 per month, which have helped her polish her image to perfection.
