e’s be­come one of the na­tion’s h favourite healthy cooks and a fit­ness sen­sa­tion, gain­ing thou­sands of fol­low­ers in re­cent years with his “eat more, move less” phi­los­o­phy, and now Joe Wicks, aka The Body Coach, has de­vised a new cook­book, Veg­gie: Lean In 15. With over 100 meat-free dishes, in­clud­ing 25 ve­gan recipes, this one is aimed at sat­is­fy­ing the taste buds of full-time or part-time veg­gies. Joe says, “Over the years, I’ve be­come more aware of the im­pact my food choices are hav­ing on my health and the en­vi­ron­ment, which is why I’m keen to eat lots more veg­gie food. Be­fore you ask, I haven’t gone full vege­tar­ian. Some days I eat meat, some days I don’t, but there’s so much delicious veg­gie food out there that I had to make my next book a veg­gie one. You’re go­ing to feel fit­ter and health­ier, but you’ll be do­ing your bit to keep our planet healthy too.”
