e’s become one of the nation’s h favourite healthy cooks and a fitness sensation, gaining thousands of followers in recent years with his “eat more, move less” philosophy, and now Joe Wicks, aka The Body Coach, has devised a new cookbook, Veggie: Lean In 15. With over 100 meat-free dishes, including 25 vegan recipes, this one is aimed at satisfying the taste buds of full-time or part-time veggies. Joe says, “Over the years, I’ve become more aware of the impact my food choices are having on my health and the environmen­t, which is why I’m keen to eat lots more veggie food. Before you ask, I haven’t gone full vegetarian. Some days I eat meat, some days I don’t, but there’s so much delicious veggie food out there that I had to make my next book a veggie one. You’re going to feel fitter and healthier, but you’ll be doing your bit to keep our planet healthy too.”
