e’s become one of the nation’s h favourite healthy cooks and a fitness sensation, gaining thousands of followers in recent years with his “eat more, move less” philosophy, and now Joe Wicks, aka The Body Coach, has devised a new cookbook, Veggie: Lean In 15. With over 100 meat-free dishes, including 25 vegan recipes, this one is aimed at satisfying the taste buds of full-time or part-time veggies. Joe says, “Over the years, I’ve become more aware of the impact my food choices are having on my health and the environment, which is why I’m keen to eat lots more veggie food. Before you ask, I haven’t gone full vegetarian. Some days I eat meat, some days I don’t, but there’s so much delicious veggie food out there that I had to make my next book a veggie one.
