UPSET CHLOE ‘PUTS THE BRAKES’ ON WEDDING PLANS
She posed on Instagram without her engagement ring last week, amid claims of a tearful bust-up with fiancé Jeremy Meeks – who was spotted living it up at Jay-z and Beyoncé’s Oscars party in LA while she reportedly fled to her £7m home in Monaco.
And insiders say Topshop heiress Chloe Green, 28 – who shares nine-month-old son Jayden with the former US convict, aka the “hot felon” – is keen to put the brakes on their huge wedding, which has put a strain on their relationship.
Things had reportedly come to a head, with Jeremy storming off and leaving her in a nightclub after a row, when he told her he felt pressured into having a huge showy wedding and would prefer a quiet ceremony.
A source says, “Chloe was so upset, she took off her ring to send Jeremy a message that she won’t put up with his behaviour.”
Closer previously reported how the couple – who’ve been dating for 18 months – were set to tie the knot with a lavish week-long multi-million pound celebration.
And pals say they fear Jeremy, 35 – who was still married when he met Chloe at the Cannes Film Festival and has two sons with his ex wife, Melissa – may not be right for the socialite.
The insider adds, “The arguments started shortly after Jayden was born, and it became clear how different their worlds were. Chloe loves Jeremy, but the wedding is on hold for now.”
