J-LO ignores cheating claims to plan £7 million wedding
Jennifer Lopez won’t let rumours of infidelity spoil her dream fourth nuptials
She announced her engagement to former baseball star Alex Rodriguez last week, during a romantic Bahamas vacation – before showcasing her famous curves in a blue bikini as they soaked up the sunshine together.

But Jennifer Lopez’s happy news was quickly overshadowed by cheating claims, when baseball ace Jose Canseco accused Alex of being unfaithful with his ex-wife Jessica – something she soon denied.
Amid the excitement around Jen’s fourth engagement, Jose – who has been making claims of an affair between Alex and Jessica since 2008 – tweeted to slam Alex, 43, saying, “Little does she [Jennifer] know that he is cheating on her with my ex-wife Jessica, poor girl she has no idea who she really is. Alex Rodriguez stop being a piece of sh*t, stop cheating on Jennifer Lopez.”
Days later, Alex and Jennifer – who have a combined wealth of over £500 million – were spotted returning home from their trip, with Alex appearing to sport a bruised face. But pals say 49-year- old singer J-LO – who’s been married three times, to waiter Ojani Noa, dancer Cris Judd and singer Marc Anthony, and was also engaged to actor Ben Affleck – is ignoring Jose’s allegations.
A source says, “Jen swears that Alex would never cheat on her. She insists she doesn’t believe a word of Jose’s lies, which she says he made up to spite Alex – someone Jose has always been envious of. She has every intention of going ahead with her wedding.”
This isn’t the first time Alex – aka A-rod – has been accused of cheating on Jen. In 2017, it was reported that she hired a private investigator to find out whether the sportsman was still seeing his former mistress, Lauren Hunter, who claimed to have started an affair with A-rod in 2011, when he was dating actress Cameron Diaz.
The singer had also reportedly ended her previous relationships with Ben and rapper P Diddy – whom she dated from 1999 to 2001 – amid rumours they were both unfaithful.
But opening up about her bond with Alex – and the prospect of marrying for the fourth time – Jennifer recently said, “Among our children and work and all the wonderful things that happen, we are really living our best years.”
NO EXPENSE SPARED
And pals say Jen – who shares twins Max and Emme, 11, with ex Marc – is now planning her dream do and has told friends she will spare no expense. The source adds, “Jen’s already
put down a deposit to hire out Calivigny Island off the coast of Grenada, which costs £110,000 a night alone.
“She’s sent ‘save the dates’ out to her celeb pals, including Ellen Degeneres, Gwyneth Paltrow and Beyoncé, to ensure it’s as star-studded as possible. Jen insists this will be her fourth and final wedding, so she wants to make it her best yet and is going all- out to ensure it’s the celeb wedding of the century. She doesn’t want to spare any expense and has told pals she and Alex have agreed on a budget of £7 million. She’s always said how grateful she is to have met Alex later on in life and appreciates their love even more after going through so much heartache. She’s found her Prince Charming and won’t listen to the critics. She’s determined to walk up the aisle with Alex and has said she won’t let anyone ruin their big day.”
