‘We’ll have a baby & wedding this year!’

She insisted that her dream of marriage and a baby will finally happen in 2021, as insiders reveal Gemma Collins is back with on/off boyfriend, James “Arg” Argent.

In her BBC podcast last week, Gemma, 39

– who revealed she’d suffered a miscarriage with Arg’s baby during the first lockdown last year – said, “How will I feel about 2021 this time next year?

Well, I hope I’m married, I hope I have a baby this year – I feel that it’s going to happen for me.

“My main focus this year will be to really be comfortable being Gemma Collins, and definitely committing and giving quality time to a relationship and, hopefully, I’m going to have a baby.” Her revelation comes as she and Arg, 31, were spotted exercising together in south London last month.

And after the news that her parents had fallen seriously ill with Covid-19 over Christmas, pals say her ex – who she split from last

July following a turbulent nine-year romance – has been her “rock”.

A source says, “Arg has been a huge support to Gemma over the past few weeks, especially with her parents’ illness. He’s shown how far he’s come on his sobriety journey – checking-in on her constantly and being on the other end of the phone for her whenever she needs a shoulder to cry on.

“While the lockdown restrictions have made it hard to see each other, they’ve been for a couple of walks – adhering to the rules of seeing one person outside their household.”

Last week, Arg celebrated the first anniversary of his sobriety following a near-fatal overdose in 2019 that saw him spend three months in rehab to tackle his long-term battle with cocaine and alcohol addiction.

Despite vowing to draw a line under their relationship following their last split, the source adds, “Arg’s devotion over the last few weeks has confirmed to Gemma how much he cares about her and her family.”
