LOVE ISLAND STAR AMY HART, 27, REVEALS HER EMOTIONAL SECRETS

MY GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT IS... that I’m constantly proving people wrong. As an air hostess and then a Love Islander, people assumed that I would be stupid, but I’m not. I gave up my career to go on the show which was brave, as it could have gone horribly wrong! I REGRET... trusting the wrong people. I get comfortable with people very quickly and think they’re my friends, but I often find myself getting hurt when they betray me.

THE BEST PIECE OF ADVICE I’VE BEEN GIVEN IS... what’s for you won’t pass you. I hate when people say everything happens for a reason, but it’s true. I’ve learned that with time.

IT ANNOYS ME WHEN... people aren’t true to themselves. I’m not everyone’s cup of tea, but I just embrace who I am.
