DIANE’S OCD BATTLE
Soap favourite Diane Hutchinson is set to battle OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) as part of a new storyline exploring the mental health condition, where a person has intrusive thoughts and behaviour they can’t control. Diane started to display signs of OCD earlier this year, and will now become overwhelmed in her efforts to protect her family. Actress Alex Fletcher, 44, who plays her, says: “I hope I can do the story justice and I’m intrigued to learn more about the disorder.”
