Wear sun cream every day
“Whatever the weather, wear SPF every day, all year round, especially if you work outside or by a window,” says Dr Hiva. “Apply a thick layer to the face and neck, and any leftovers to the back of your hands. Apply make-up 20 minutes later, once it’s fully absorbed.” Use the two-finger rule to measure – squeezing formula along the length of your index and middle finger (this should be about a heaped teaspoon’s worth). And don’t forget your ears!
