There are two ways to make the video recommendations that appear in your Home tab more in line with your tastes. You can tap the three dots beside any video, then tap ‘Not interested’. Alternatively, tap the Library tab, then tap History to see a list of all the videos you’ve ever watched. Here, tap three dots beside any video you didn’t like, then tap ‘Remove from Watch history’.

Youtube now supports Airplay so you can cast videos from your IOS device to your Apple TV. To do this, play the Youtube video you want, swipe up from the bottom of your device to access the Control Centre, then tap Apple TV.

The Windows 7 Start menu includes shortcuts to your Pictures and Music folders, but not to your Videos folder. If you use this folder often, there’s an easy way to add it to your Start menu.

First, right-click the Windows button at the bottom left and select Properties. In the window that appears, select the Start Menu tab, then click the Customize button. Scroll to the bottom of the menu that appears until you reach the Videos section. Here, you can choose from two options (see screenshot below) that add two different types of Videos folder shortcuts to your Start menu.

Select ‘Display as a link’ and you will be taken to the Videos folder when you click the shortcut in the Start menu. Alternatively, select ‘Display as a menu’ to see a list of sub-folders when you move your cursor to Videos in the Start menu. Click OK twice to confirm your changes.
