KASPERSKY MOVES TO ‘NEUTRAL’ SWITZERLAND

Computer Active (UK) - - News -

Kaspersky has said it will move some of its operations from Moscow to Switzerland in a bid to increase transparency over how it handles customers’ data. Last year, the US and UK governments banned state departments from using Kaspersky software, citing fears it could be abused by the Kremlin. The company has consistently denied any connection with the Russian state. It said it chose Switzerland for its “policy of neutrality” and dataprotection laws.
