Corn­wall’s bright­est young chefs and cooks have been cho­sen as fi­nal­ists in the pres­ti­gious South West Chef of the Year com­pe­ti­tion.

The com­pe­ti­tion has been show­cas­ing and sup­port­ing ex­cep­tional culi­nary tal­ent across the re­gion for the last 15 years in five dif­fer­ent cat­e­gories in­clud­ing Pro­fes­sional, Young Pro­fes­sional and Stu­dent/Ap­pren­tice Chef. South West Chef of the Year high­lights the skill and cre­ativ­ity of the re­gion’s pro­fes­sional chefs and am­a­teur cooks, nur­tures the next gen­er­a­tion of top chefs and give them a plat­form to show off their skills.
