Avoid the lingo

We may be more prone to surf boards than board meetings, but even Cornwall can’t escape every corporate trapping

Cornwall Life - - CLASSIC CORNWALL -

I am ashamed to say that I have used bits of almost all of these phrases (apart from ‘thought shower’ … there are limits). I am sure that I am not entirely alone. Who can honestly say that, in a meeting, they have never identified a game changer or said that they are looking for low hanging fruit? So, I have made a solemn vow to eliminate the suit-speak from my vocabulary. I fear that the road to redemption will be long and heavily potholed but I am bolstered by the support of my family who I know will pick up every lapse.
