Look at fitness differently: People think of fitness quite traditionally, as in going for a run or to the gym, but just think about what you already enjoy doing and do more of it.
Make the most of the outdoors: Living in Cornwall and having that space is what people dream of, so make the most of it.
Keep your training kit to hand: Once you’ve got your kit and trainers on, you just feel a bit more like starting.
Be realistic: Your expectation should be on healthy and enjoyment outcomes, and you’ll see a real and long-term benefit that way.
Don’t be hard on yourself: People lead busy lives, so accept that 10 minutes of doing something is fine. It all adds up, and it’s better than doing nothing.
