Make the most of the out­doors: Liv­ing in Corn­wall and hav­ing that space is what peo­ple dream of, so make the most of it.

Keep your train­ing kit to hand: Once you’ve got your kit and train­ers on, you just feel a bit more like start­ing.

Be re­al­is­tic: Your ex­pec­ta­tion should be on healthy and en­joy­ment out­comes, and you’ll see a real and long-term ben­e­fit that way.

Don’t be hard on your­self: Peo­ple lead busy lives, so ac­cept that 10 min­utes of do­ing some­thing is fine. It all adds up, and it’s bet­ter than do­ing noth­ing.
