Get that perfect rooftop shot

Summer is the only time when the word ‘roof’ can justifiably be used as a verb. As in: this summer, we will be roofing on some of the country’s hippest rooftop bars – which include London’s Sisu (which serves P&Ts – see, it’s all coming together) and Bokan (39 storeys up with a dancefloor… what could possibly go wrong?), as well as the bar perched atop Birmingham’s Hotel Indigo (left). We’ll drink to that.
