PT and New Balance ambassador Pennie Varvarides knows a finely tuned plan is key to success and meeting goals. Pennie’s been treating her joints to ‘kneehab’ and building up her knee strength with localised weight training. “It’s never as interesting or impressive as doing big lifts, but it’s more important.”
