Fish out of water and fellow New Balance ambassador Fran Halsall has swapped her ‘day job’ as a competitive swimmer for pavementpounding alongside Shona and Pennie. Despite struggling to get her leg muscles to adapt, Fran’s found the best way to manage training is to have a work and play schedule. “If Thursday night is after-work drinks, but you were supposed to have a gym session, train in the morning.
