Sweet, spicy and savoury. The per­fect tri­umver­ate. YOU’LL NEED • 200g chopped toma­toes • 115g torn moz­zarella • 50g sliced pep­per­oni • 25g jalapeños • Honey, to taste

1 Spread toma­toes on the dough, and top with cheese, pep­per­oni, and jalapeños.

2 Place on a greased bak­ing sheet, and bake at 2300C un­til nice and crispy.

3 Driz­zle with honey. Trust us, it works.
