You’re the youngest doctor, yet have the longest treatment list. Is there anything you’ve refused to try? No way! If I’m going to do it to a client, I need to be able to feel comfortable having it done myself. I do have a limit to the amount I’ll do on myself or someone else, though.

So many women want big lips, but it doesn’t always match the rest of their face. In these instances, I try to refocus their attention so that they can see themselves as other people do. What did you have done first?

Botox – I was 26 and just starting out in aesthetics. I modelled for a friend – it was her first go! I didn’t need it, but just wanted to try. She put cheek and lip filler in, too, which, at the time, I thought looked fantastic, but I doubt it did. As you get older, your face becomes more skeletal-looking and

asymmetric, so I use fillers to create a round, smooth surface. You can fill anything; your forehead, cheekbones, temples, nose-to-mouth lines. I’ve had all of the above done at some point. And you continued to have Botox and dermal fillers?

Yes, every six months, but I rotate where, to avoid filling the same area twice within a 12-to-24-month period. I’m not about looking overdone – it’s not how people are doing it these days. And you had rhinoplasty – did you really hate your nose?

There wasn’t one particular thing [I disliked about it], I just wanted that refined, delicate shape you see on so many celebrities. The key to a good rhinoplasty is to adjust various points of the nose subtly so it still looks like your nose, only better. My own mother didn’t even notice I’d had it done. And you’re a big fan of skin peels?

I have the Alumier Glow Peel, which combines lactic acid, salicylic acid and resorcinol. It’s more of an exfoliation and doesn’t cause your skin to shed like some peels, so you can have it done every one to two months. The glow you get after is really impressive. I sometimes do it on myself, but a lot of my friends work in aesthetics, so we often get together before dinner and exchange treatments. Any other skin-perfecting treatments you swear by?

Radiofrequency and ultrasound. I’ve been using Ultracel for two years, which is great because it combines the two. I have a round face and already have filler, so I needed lift without the extra volume. I also have laser with Debbie Thomas [right]. I had scarring from teenage acne – the tiniest bit, I was probably overreacting. Anything else to declare?

Permanent make-up – I have my brows and eyeliner done. I don’t put make-up on till the evening – I’m surprisingly low-maintenance day-to-day! I also had lipo under my chin. The least pleasant treatment was the lip fillers, and I guess the rhinoplasty, if I’d been awake!
