WHY IT SOUNDS EXCITING: This machine claims to permanently and painlessly remove hair in fewer treatments than its predecessors and is said to be safe for all skin tones. Sounds too good to be true? Dr Sandro Sansoni, head of scientific research for the Baldan Group, creators of the Fibra DFA, explains: “The system emits laser light wavelengths from the body of the machine, as opposed to traditional machines emitting from the handpiece itself. This means no heat reaches the skin, drastically decreasing pain levels.
