GREEN GINGERITA

Leafy greens lower your risk of major chronic and cardiovasc­ular diseases. Why eat them when you can drink them? Plus, it’s green so totally festive.

METHOD

1 Fill a shaker with ice. Add 25ml kale juice, 250ml ginger beer, 2 tbsp lime juice and ½ tbsp agave nectar.

2 Shake and strain into a Himalayan salt-rimmed glass.

3 Garnish with crystallis­ed ginger on a cocktail skewer.

ADDING BOOZE?

Swap half the ginger beer for 60ml tequila.
