GUZZLE FOR... A healthy gut and immune system MAKES: 1 (45 cals, 0g sat fat, 9g sugar) • Seeds and pulp from ½ passion fruit • 25ml passion fruit purée • 25ml pomegranat­e juice • 25ml lime juice

• 150ml natural sparkling mineral water Place the passion fruit seeds and pulp in a glass with the purée. Add the pomegranat­e and lime juices, then top up with sparkling water. Add a sprinkle of edible flowers. HEALTH HIT: Passion fruit is a great source of fibre and vitamins C and A. It contains a little iron, so helps to reduce tiredness.

Energy MAKES: 1 (45 cals, 0g sat fat, 6g sugar) • 200ml coconut water • 10ml beetroot juice • 10ml orange juice • Dash of lime juice (to taste) Put ice in a shaker, add all the ingredient­s and get your shake on for 20 seconds. Strain into a glass from as high as you dare, so it serves pink and bright. Feeling fancy? Garnish with a slice of beetroot. GUZZLE FOR... Clearer skin MAKES: 1 (70 cals, 0.5g sat fat, 7g sugar) • 4 strawberri­es • 1 in cucumber • 25ml apple juice • 25ml lime juice • 150ml coconut water • 10ml aloe vera juice •

5 mint leaves • Balsamic vinegar, to serve Blitz the berries, cucumber and juice. Shake with some ice and the other ingredient­s. Coat a glass with the vinegar, draining any excess.
