There’s a whole host of reasons to quit smoking cigarettes, from beauty to wellness. Find out more at Change Incorporated

1 FIND YOUR SKIN HEROES

“I follow the Korean 10-step skincare method, and I can’t live without moisturisers with hyaluronic acid. My beauty routine makes me feel like I’ve got my life together – even when I haven’t!”

2 WEAR YOUR HAIR WITH PRIDE

“I have natural Afro hair, which can be high maintenance, so I sometimes mix it up with braids, extensions and wigs. But I feel most confident when it’s long and curly. It becomes my crown.”

3 BE KIND TO YOUR BODY

“As a teenager, I subjected my body to so much negativity because I felt ugly and unworthy. Now I’m making amends by embracing it and treating myself to small indulgences, like bath oils.”

4 KEEP IT CLEAN

“My parents have both smoked cigarettes for as long as I can remember. Seeing how that has affected their health, and their appearance, turned me off smoking cigarettes myself. I cherish my health more than anything.”

5 GO GREEN

“I’m trying to live a greener lifestyle and use natural products that benefit my skin as well as the environment. I often make DIY face and hair masks by mixing avocado, oatmeal and olive oil.”
