I got really stressed after Strictly about the paps outside my house, so to get to go away with this little group of people to do this stage play was really important. We have to identify things that aren’t good for us and remove ourselves from it when we can, just to reset. The pap culture in Shrewsbury was non-existent!” “I had a really bad [ankle] injury.
