Modest money

Teaching yoga doesn’t pay that well – but most of us aren’t in it for the money. In London there’s a big market for teachers. Some studios pay you a flat rate per class, others by how many attend. During lockdown, my income halved and one studio I teach in has closed for good, but I earned money by teaching on Zoom and took on an editor role at a wellness publication.
