1 THE DOUGH

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Line two baking trays with baking paper. Melt 175g of butter and stir in 300g of soft light-brown sugar. Beat in 2 eggs, 2 tsp of vanilla extract and 75g of cocoa powder. Add 350g of plain flour and 1 tsp of baking powder. Stir well.

2 THE TOPPING

Divide the dough into 8 balls and arrange 4 on each baking tray. Push a Quality Street into the centre of the ball and close the dough up over it. Scatter some sprinkles on top, then press lightly to help them stick. Top each ball with three chocolates.

3 THE BAKE

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cookies have spread out and risen and feel dry to the touch. Leave for 10 minutes on the baking tray to set before removing to a wire rack to cool further. Serve warm or at room temperatur­e.
