Each of the restaurants at new Cayo Exclusive Resort & Spa in Crete are
worth flying in a mask to dine at. Kelari’s all about Greek classics, like slow-cooked lamb and perfectly crispy sea bass, served on a terrace overlooking the island of Spinalonga. Mediterranean restaurant Sage & Thyme will tempt you with handmade pizzas and delicious salads, while at laid-back Stone Beach House guests can tuck into mezze and cocktails. Each menu’s curated by Lefteris Lazarou, the first Greek chef to be awarded a Michelin star, so you’ll want to try them all. Work it all off snorkelling around Elounda Bay and exploring nearby Plaka village.
