A decade of MADE IN CHELSEA
As the show turns 10, we take a look back at its most iconic moments
MILLIE CALLED OUT ROSIE
Who could forget this major Millie Mackintosh moment in 2011? After hearing rumours about then-boyfriend (now husband) Hugo Taylor getting together with her friend Rosie Fortescue, Millie took to the mic at Francis Boulle and Mark Francis Vandelli’s birthday party and spilled the tea, saying, “Here’s to friendship.”
BINKY AND JP’S BABY NEWS
The on-again-off-again couple dropped the ultimate surprise in 2017 when they revealed they were expecting a baby. Thanks to their rocky relationship, the reaction from their pals was, er, lukewarm at best. They now co-parent their daughter, India, after splitting up in 2018.
GRILL-GATE
When the group went in on Lucy Watson at another dinner party (of course) for dating Jamie Laing and Andy Jordan at the same time, she retaliated by asking why everyone was “getting up in my grill”. The reaction from Cheska Hull and Millie was a picture, and the internet was quickly flooded with questionable Photoshops and funny memes.
TIFF AND SAM CALL IT QUITS
Tiffany Watson and Sam Thompson’s turbulent relationship finally came to an end during a trip to Ibiza, while they were on a break. Sam hooking up with Mimi was the final straw, but between 2014 and 2017, there were confessions and on-screen arguments aplenty.
MILLIE SLAPPED SPENCER
After Spencer Matthews allegedly cheated on Louise Thompson, Millie’s fiery side came out to protect her BFF at a drinks party. When he denied any wrongdoing, she unleashed an almighty whip across his face. Thankfully they’ve since made up – Spencer was best man at her wedding to Hugo in 2018.
OLLIE GOT MARRIED
Ollie Locke and Gareth Locke’s wedding at the Natural History Museum was front and centre of this special episode, aka the first Made In Chelsea nuptials. The socially distanced ceremony in 2020 was emotional AF – they wept, we wept, and love won. Here’s to the Locke-Lockes.
