If you like it, wear it
For too long, women have been told how to dress. But it’s 2021, and we’re no longer playing by the “rules”
fashion should be feelgood. While the past year has been a mental struggle for many, 36% of women* said that getting dressed up in lockdown helped boost their confidence. But with archaic style advice such as “black is slimming” and “avoid horizontal stripes” still ringing in our ears, it’s all too easy to dress to conform rather than for yourself.
To remind you to wear only what makes you feel great, we asked our contributing curve editor Lauren Nicole Coppin Campbell to share her S/S 21 style mantras, based on her favourite new-season trends. All shapes, sizes and silhouettes welcome.
