Chorley’s private view at Prinknash Abbey Park

Cotswold Life - - INSIDE -

Chorley’s at Prinknash Abbey Park were delighted to host an exhibition of 90 works of art to mark the 90th Birthday of the Yorkshire-born, Gloucestershire-based artist Allan Laycock R.W.A. The exhibition of works by the Hartpury artist raised funds for the Artist’s Benevolent Fund. Allan is primarily a landscape artist, and paints in situ, rarely in a studio. Much of his current work features the Cotswolds, painted ‘on the day, as it is’ with spontaneity and authenticity.
