Af­ter a £10m re­fur­bish­ment over four years, Tewkes­bury Park ho­tel has opened its new restau­rant, Mint. Head chef Anuj Thakur’s menu will change eight times a year and fea­ture the herb of the sea­son, from early sum­mer laven­der to win­ter sage.
